Booking Terms and Conditions for Our Beauty Salon
Welcome to our beauty haven! I'm thrilled to have you here. Before you book your pampering session, let’s go over a few important details to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for everyone.
Appointment Bookings and Cancellations: I understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This way, I can offer that slot to another fabulous client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50%, as I have set aside time just for you. If the spot can be filled then you won't be charged, so give me as much notice as you can! If you don't turn up to your appointment you will be charged 50% and you will need to pre-pay your future appointments.
Arrival Time: As this is a home beauty salon, there is no waiting room, and no reception. Please be respectful of the client before you and don't knock before your appointment time. If you're early shoot me a text message (0488826627) and if I can I will see you early. If you’re running late, give me a quick call/text, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened service time to keep other appointments on schedule. This is not a doctor's surgery so you can ensure your appointment time will be at the time booked! You are welcome to park on the grass, or around the side by the caravan.
Payment and Refund Policy: I accept all credit and debit cards, with a 1.4% processing fee, however you can pay with cash, or bank transfer to avoid this. Full payment is required at the time of service. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your treatment, please let me know before you leave the salon. I'm committed to ensuring you leave feeling fabulous and will do my best to address any concerns right away.
